About NGC

Property, handled by people who know the city.

NGC is a real estate and brokerage platform built in Kigali. It began with a simple problem: the market had plenty of listings and very little information. Our answer was to treat property as data - surveyed, specified and maintained - and to treat client requirements as a brief a desk can actually work from.

Mission

More than a listing website.

A listing site publishes what exists and leaves the work to the visitor. NGC does the opposite: the platform holds a structured property inventory, understands what each client needs, matches the two, connects them, and then keeps the relationship warm afterwards.

That structure is what makes the brokerage scalable. An owner can hand over a property and know exactly how it will be presented. A buyer can describe a brief once and have it scored against everything available. A broker can walk into a viewing with the dossier, the specification and the client history already in hand.

The market we work in

A fast market needs clean information.

Kigali's residential market moves in waves: a street can change character within a couple of years, and a price quoted in one neighborhood tells you very little about the next one. Rental demand from institutions, missions and the returning diaspora adds a second, faster layer on top.

Working in that environment is a documentation problem before it is a sales problem. Native-currency pricing - the Rwandan Franc, with USD where an asset is quoted that way - verified availability, measured surfaces and honest specification dossiers are what let a client decide with confidence, and what let us stand behind every property we present.

Operating pillars

Five commitments, in order.

  1. Build the inventory

Every listing is surveyed, documented and photographed to a single standard before it is published, so no dossier depends on legwork done on the day of the viewing.

  2. Understand the client

Requirements arrive as structured data - transaction, classification, budget band, space and preferred locations - instead of a paragraph in a messaging thread.

  3. Match the property

The matching engine scores the live inventory against that brief and ranks what genuinely fits, so the client sees a shortlist rather than a search result.

  4. Connect the client

The client and the broker reach each other in one step by telephone, WhatsApp or the inquiry form that travels with every dossier.

  5. Maintain the relationship

Email keeps the conversation alive after the viewing: new listings, price movements and market notes, for clients and for owners.

Where we work today.

Coverage follows the inventory. These are the neighborhoods currently represented on the platform, and the desk can source beyond them on request.
